22nd Annual Wilson Police Department Golf Tournament
This October, the Wilson Police Department is teeing off in support of Wilson teens as well as the community of special needs citizens, raising money for summer camp scholarships, Wilson County athletes, and Special Olympic activities. This will be the 22nd annual Wilson Police Department Golf Tournament held at the Wilson Country Club. The Wilson Police Department’s Mission
This event has been in place for generations in order to improve the quality of life for local teens. Throughout the years, over a quarter of a million dollars have been raised to give the mental and physically disabled the change to attend summer camp, join in the Special Olympic events, for local teens to enjoy other athletic opportunities, and more.
Event Details
On Thursday, October 15th, 2020, the Wilson Country Club will be hosting this 22nd annual event. There will be two tee times: one at 8am and the other at 1pm. The first 26 teams will be placed in the afternoon round unless otherwise requested. There will also be a special thank you to female participants that includes a bottle of either white or red wine. So how do you sign up? Here’s what you’ll want to do:
- Complete the registration form
- Attach your donation. If you’re sending cash, make your check or money order out to the WPD PAL (write golf tournament in the memo)
- Include your email address and phone number
